Primarily startups (pre-Series A to Series B) and small businesses with 5 to 50 employees that need ops or customer success support without the overhead of a full-time hire.
What's the minimum commitment?
Retainers have a 3-month minimum, then go month-to-month with 30 days written notice to cancel. Project work is scoped and contracted per engagement with no ongoing obligation.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes every engagement includes a mutual NDA and a service agreement covering scope, access, and confidentiality before we begin. Standard, no negotiation needed.
Can we start with a project and move to a retainer?
Absolutely. A lot of clients start with a Systems Jumpstart or Ops Infrastructure Build and roll into a retainer once the foundation is in place. We'll scope it together based on what makes sense.
