Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. Every engagement includes a mutual NDA and a service agreement outlining scope, access, and confidentiality before we begin.
How does inbox access work?
We use delegate access through your existing email provider. We never have your password, and access is limited to the accounts you designate. You can revoke access at any time.
What's the minimum commitment?
3 months. After that, plans are month-to-month with 30 days written notice to cancel.
Can I change plans?
Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade at the start of any new billing month. We'll adjust your invoice accordingly.
Do you work with multi-partner firms?
Yes. The Pro plan is designed for firms with multiple partners or staff, with support for unlimited email accounts and a monthly ops review call.
